REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR DTRE

,

1. National tax number certificate,
2. Sales tax registration certificate,
3. Certificate of incorporation under the companies’ ordinance, 1984 along with last form-29 showing name of directors or partnership deed or proprietorship certificate,
4. CNIC of the directors / Partners or proprietor, as the case may be,
5. Verification of applicant’s signature form concerned bank,
6. Lease documents / tenancy agreement of the manufacturing facility,
7. List of machinery installed in the applicants manufacturing facility,
8. Manufacturing process flow chart showing extent of wastage at each stop,
9. Per annum production capacity of the items intended to be exported,
10. Summary of showing payment of utility bills (Gas, Electricity & Telephone) during last 12 months along with copy of last paid bills,
11. Summary of sales tax returns showing business activities of the applicant during last 24 months in the following format along with copies of page 2 of each month’s sales tax return
12. Details of previous DTRE facility availed,
13. Application addressed to collector along with completely filled-in, signed & stamped form as set out in Appendix-I to sub-chapter 7 of chapter XII of Customs Rules, 2001
14. Performa invoice of inputs intended to be imported under DTRE Scheme,
15. Contact negotiated with the foreign buyer(s) for export of output goods under for contact-based applications. For performance-based applications, copies of export GD’s of same export products or E forms duly countersigned by the State Bank of Pakistan or Sales Tax Returns stretching over a period of previous 24 months shall be submitted,
16. Email address of foreign buyer for verification of export contracts,
17. In case of imports to Afghanistan under Rule-307, documentary proof showing receipt of advance payments/ irrecoverable letter of credit,
18. Cost sheets showing unit and total value of cost of production of the output goods intended to be exported and value addition involved,
19. Security/ surety against remission in the form of postdated cheque in favor of collector of customs (exports) and indemnity bond on Rs 500/- Bond Paper in case of manufacturer-cum-exporter. Bank guarantee by commercial exporter shall be submitted on approval of DTRE application.
